Nervous? Well don’t be! Follow these easy steps to help prep for your first class …

1.) Before attending your first class make sure you eat a light meal. It is not good for the body to perform on an empty stomach!

2.) Make sure you have a bottle/ or bottles of water on deck. We do not want any of our dancers feeling sick or dehydrated. Our classes do require lots of movement so we want to make sure we take care of our bodies.

3.) Upon arrival please check in with front desk. It is important to sign-in, that way we know whose in attendance.
**Parents- you are required to sign your children in and also provide a signature of your name. At the end of class you are required to sign the child out as well.


4.) Come dressed and ready ! We are prompted and like to start ON TIME. For attire details, please check your class description.

5.) Bring a face covering. You will not be allowed to enter without a mask or face covering. You will be allowed to removed them while dancing, however while walking through the studios please be mindful.

6.) You may begin stretching once in the studio, however Miss. Sam does warm-up and stretch with her dancers.

7.) Enjoy yourself ! Remember we are here to learn, but also to have a great experience
